The smart grid of eyeball Aerodynamics is based on eyeM5 corePLC platform architec-ture with special features of openness, inclusiveness, portability, data interoperability, and AI cloud computing capability.
There are functions in eyeM5 350 corePLC AIOT master chip which is supported by arm 64bit CPU for smart recognition and identification, and Xilinx FPGA chip for H256 video code subject image recognition and identification. The eyeM5 350 corePLC follows the rules of Canbus/Modbus protocol, and Ethernet cloud computing network to monitor, control and publish needed command, operated by AI computing system. The real-time logic control or controller’s computation is carried out by the network blocks of the sensors and executors which are connected to the sites infrastructure.
eyeM5 350 CorePLC edge can be implemented on the smart manufacturing service platform which are used as an analyzer of the big data collected on site in the factory. The sensor network is connected by various IOT devices such as barometer, thermal meter, voltmeter, ammeter, air valve, etc. which are part of PLC automatic control in-frastructure to effectively control production and managerial operations, and to inte-grate with cloud computing and AI applications for the purpose of precise decision making.

Principles of Geothermal Energy Storage/Power Generation
The electricity generated from eyeM5 6600G geothermal energy storage and power generation equipment is based on mainly compressed air to strengthen the geothermal force in order to push the turbine and drive the alternator to generate electricity. There are six steps in the whole process, which can be illustrated as below:
- Initial step. EyeM5 high pressure recirculating piston cylinder engine is adopted to compress the air ready for use.
- Second step. Each air cylinder cabinet containing 12 air cylinders which is made of fiber glass composite material. 18 Bars 48 liters compressed air is stored in each cylinder ready for use.
- Third step. Compressed air is injected to the geothermal hot spring tank to rotate the high speed eyeM5 turbine.
- Forth step. The air pressure in line with the perspective air densities corresponding to the individual temperature of hot spring is the output of a hot spring tank to rotate rotor for generating mechanical energy. The maglev planetary gear and magnetic bearing shaft, due to their no contact and frictionless features, can solve the problem caused by the thermal friction coefficient so that the high speed mechanical energy can be reduced drastically to low speed which results in high torque in order to rotate the rotor of eyeM5 micro alternator to transform the electromagnetic energy to AC power.
- Fifth step. A 3-phase 4-wire power distribution motor is used implemented to the infrastructure.
- Sixth step. A super transformer booster, and high voltage power transmission and distribution system are connected to the power infrastructure to output two kinds of voltage, i.e., 220V and 440V. There are four specifications of electricity generated, i.e., 15 KWh, 30 KWh, 180 KWh, and 1,800KWh.
